Never Give Up

Life is like a war. We fight, and fight, and fight, with all we have and sometimes anything we pick up from the bodies of our comrades who have already fallen. Unlike the other wars on Earth though, this one begins when we are born, and ends when we die. We live through campaign after campaign, mission after mission, battle after battle. Still the war goes on. Many of us will fight for decades, some for centuries. A few will fight for a few years, then kill themselves in despair. I wish no one considered that an option. Throughout this battle, we get to enjoy countless moments of joy, peace, love, and otherwise momentary euphoria. My hope is that those of you who read this will be encouraged, to fight until the very end. To spend every last minute you will have fighting, and enjoying this fight. Get the most out of it that you can. Learn every move, every tactic, and of course, everything it will teach you about yourself. Never Give Up. Lose a battle. Lose a mission. Lose a campaign. But don't give up. Every loss will teach us more than a thousand victories ever could. Never Give Up, and win as much as you possibly can before it is over. After this battle ends with our death, we take every lesson and experience with us. These are our spoils. Enjoy them now, and forever.
